Earlier is better. Most campaign work runs on a 6-to-12 week lead. Live event coverage can go faster if dates are locked.

Yes. About half of our 2025 work was on the road — Crewe, Pinehurst, Aspen, Tokyo. Travel and per-diem are folded into the estimate.

We start with a single brief call, then a written response within 48 hours: scope, approach, team, timeline and a ballpark. From there it’s contract, deposit, kick-off.

Almost always. We’ll tell you upfront what’s possible at a given number and where the trade-offs are.

Yes. Licensing is scoped per project — usage, duration, geography. Everything captured but unused is available later.
